Ethan Anderson’s original story from October 20th 2015 follows:

For the 30th anniversary ofGhostbusterslast year,LEGOcame through with one of the coolest new memorabilia items celebrating the classic paranormal comedy: aLEGO version of the iconic Ecto-1 vehicle. However, many fans have been hoping to see the Ghostbusters headquarters make it to production as well. Now their wishes may be coming true.

A Canadian Toys R Us website may have just jumped the gun on revealing aGhostbusters firehouse LEGO set, complete with details on all the minifigures and features it will come with.

Gizmodonoticed a product page that has since disappeared on theToys R Us Canadawebsite that listed the LEGO Ghostbusters Firehouse Headquarters #75827. When the product page was still up, it listed the set at a whopping $400 CAD price tag. That’s a little over $300 in US dollars, so this is going to be a pretty hefty LEGO set.

Unfortunately, there were no images of the LEGO set available on the product page. But the following description was available for a short period of time:

Recreate iconic Ghostbusters scenes with the 2-story Firehouse Headquarters, featuring laboratory, living quarters, containment unit and much more. Capture the ghosts with the proton packs and restore order, or solve other supernatural cases! Includes 9 minifigures: Peter Venkman, Raymond Stantz, Egon Spengler, Winston Zeddemore, Janine Melnitz, Dana Barrett, Louis Tully, Library Ghost and Zombie Driver.

What we also don’t know is whether or not this is a set that LEGO created themselves or if they usedBrent Waller’s design for theGhostbustersheadquarters that can still beglimpsed on the LEGO Ideas pagethat resulted in the official Ecto-1 set being produced. Waller is the one who designed the Ecto-1, so it would stand to reason that his design may be used for the firehouse, but we’ll have to wait and see.

There’s no word on when this LEGO set might be available, but hopefully it’s real and we’ll get more information sometime soon. I would love to park my LEGO Ecto-1 in front of a proper LEGO Ghostbusters firehouse. How about you?
